Zen Headbutt (Japanese: しねんのずつき Thought Headbutt) is a damage-dealing Psychic-type move introduced in Generation IV. It was TR69 in Pokémon Sword and Shield, and is TM059 in Generation IX.
Effect
Zen Headbutt inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of causing the target to flinch.
