Mud Shot (Japanese: マッドショット Mud Shot) is a damage-dealing Ground-type move introduced in Generation III. It was TM53 in Pokémon Sword and Shield, and is TM035 in Generation IX.
Effect
Mud Shot inflicts damage and then lowers the target's Speed stat by one stage.
Mud Shot can also be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if the move Sandstorm was used in the prior turn.
