Vacuum Wave inflicts damage. It has a priority of +1, so it is used before all moves that do not have increased priority.

  Croagunk jumps into the air and spins around, causing pink wind to appear around it. It then turns towards the opponent and puts its arms around its head, firing the wind from around its body in the shape of a heart.
