Effect

Psychic Noise deals damage and prevents the target from recovering HP for two turns. During these two turns, if the target uses a move with a healing property, such as Recover or Drain Punch, it will fail.

Psychic Noise is a sound-based move.

The Heal Block property of this move is considered an additional effect, and is thus blocked by Shield Dust and suppressed by Sheer Force. Aroma Veil also prevents the secondary effect from activating. Using Psychic Noise again while the Heal Block is active will not refresh the duration.

Description

Games Description
SV The user attacks the target with unpleasant sound waves. For two turns, the target is prevented from recovering HP through moves, Abilities, or held items.
Champs Gives the target the Healing Prevented status for 2 turns.
