This is a reverse-chronological list of event Pokémon distributions that were given away locally to Japanese language Pokémon games in Generation V.
These Pokémon were distributed at Pokémon Center stores in Japan from September 29 to October 6, 2013, with the Pokémon being distributed alternating every hour. They are based on the Pokémon used by Hiroshi Yamamoto in a Double Battle Tournament between hosts on the final episode of Pokémon Smash!.
Politoed
This Politoed has a nickname of ニョロペロ Nyoropero. It has set IVs in all stats: 31 in HP, 13 in Attack, 31 in Defense, 5 in Speed, 5 in Special Attack, and 31 in Special Defense.
This Kingdra has a nickname of キングペロ Kingpero. It has set IVs in all stats: 31 in HP, 17 in Attack, 8 in Defense, 31 in Speed, 31 in Special Attack, and 11 in Special Defense.
This Sableye was distributed at Pokémon Center stores in Japan to commemorate the nine-year run of Pokémon Smash. It is based on a live-action Sableye in the show and has moves chosen by Chief Golgo Matsumoto.
These Pokémon were distributed randomly at the Pokémon Game Show from August 17 to 18, 2013. These Pokémon were distributed over two distribution periods, giving players two different chances to obtain two different Pokémon. Each Pokémon is based on a Pokémon used by previous Pokémon Champions. Their level and moveset are based on the respective originated main game series. These Pokémon have IVs of 30 for all stats.
These Pokémon, which are based on Pokémon featured in the BW series, were randomly distributed at Pokémon Center stores across Japan over four different distribution periods. The four Pokémon were Ash's Pikachu, Iris's Axew, Cilan's Pansage, and Professor Oak's Rotom. The overall distribution period was from August 10 to September 6, 2013.
This Smeargle was distributed at the 2013 World Championships from August 10 to 11, 2013. On August 10, 2013 it was available from noon to 8:00 pm and on August 11, 2013 it was available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It was available to English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish language games. However, Japanese and Korean games received English versions. This Smeargle has an IV of 31 for both Attack and Speed.
In Hong Kong, this Pikachu wasdistributed at the 15th ACGHK 2013 event from July 26 to 30, 2013. In Taiwan, it was distributed at the 2013 Comic Festival, which was located at the Taipei World Trade Center from August 15 to 20, 2013 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
This Eevee was distributed at the Lalaport Toyosu Shopping Centre via local wireless as part of the Special Plaza, LaLaport TOYOSU on July 13, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm. Players who purchased Ikimono-gakari's new single received a voucher to obtain Eevee. The voucher could be redeemed at Toys "R" Us and Pokémon Center stores across Japan from July 14 to September 1, 2013 to obtain Eevee via infrared. This Eevee is based on the Eevee featured in PK25. The OT refers to Yoshioka Kiyoe, who is the lead singer of Ikimono-gakari.
ThisShiny Genesect was distributed over local wireless at theaters in Japan screening ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens, which occurred from July 13 to September 30, 2013 and during a pre-release event on June 29, 2013. In Taiwan, players who purchased tickets for the 16th movie could also receive Genesect at various branches of Funbox from August 16 to September 15, 2013. This Genesect has an IV of 31 for both Attack and Speed.
In Japan, this Mewtwo was distributed at Pokémon Center stores via infrared from June 15 to September 1, 2013 and at the Next-gen World Hobby Fair 2013 from June 29 to 30, 2013. It was only distributed to players who preordered tickets to ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens, which were on sale from April 20 to July 12, 2013. In Taiwan, it was distributed from July 13 to August 15, 2013 at various branches of Funbox to players who pre-ordered their tickets to the 16th movie. In Indonesia, it was distributed on November 2, 6, and 9, 2013 at the Blitzmegaplex cinema in the Mall of Indonesia during the airing of Genesect and the Legend Awakened. In the Philippines, it was distributed from November 16 to 17, 2013 at the SM Megamall in Manila. This Mewtwo has an IV of 31 for both Speed and Special Attack.
These Pokémon were distributed at Pokémon Center stores across Japan to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Pokémon Center stores. The first six distributions players received a set Pokémon, but from July 3 to 7, 2013 a random Pokémon could be received. The Pokémon were distributed at all Pokémon Center stores.
The tournament called the Pokémon Center Battle was held to commemorate the events, where players had to use one of these giveaways in their party.
Samurott
This Samurott is based on Oshawott, one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Fukuoka. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
This Emboar is based on Tepig, one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Osaka. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
This Infernape is based on Chimchar, one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Nagoya. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
This Torterra is based on Turtwig, one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Yokohama. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
This Pikachu is one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Tokyo. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
This Serperior is based on Snivy, one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Tohoku. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
This Empoleon is based on Piplup, one of the mascots of the Pokémon Center Sapporo. If the Pokémon was shown to a Pokémon Center employee, players would receive a pamphlet.
In Japan, this Genesect was distributed at Pokémon Center stores from January 11 to February 10, 2013. In Taiwan, it was distributed to players who purchased merchandise at the World Trade Center Hall 2 from February 14 to 18, 2013 and Pokémon Town from February 18 to 28, 2013.
This Deoxys was distributed at Jump Festa 2013 in Makuhari Messe from December 22 to 23, 2012. It was distributed again at Team Plasma Control (Japanese: プラズマ団制圧イベント) events in AEON Malls. It was distributed a third time at Pokémon Center stores across Japan from March 20 to May 6, 2013 along with the Magikarp event.
These Audino were distributed at the Pokémon Centers in Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka, Sapporo, Tohoku, Tokyo, and Yokohama from November 4, 2012 to October 11, 2013.
These "strongest class Single Battle Pokémon" (Japanese: シングルバトル 最強クラスのポケモン) were randomly distributed during seven different distribution periods at Pokémon Center stores. The overall distribution period was from September 15 to October 28, 2012.
These Pokémon were obtained by showing employees at participating stores the stickers of Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Pikachu from certain merchandise. The merchandise that had the stickers went on sale starting on June 23, 2012, while the event distribution started on September 1, 2012. More than one Egg could be obtained on the same game, but another set of stickers was required. Each of the three Pokémon has an IV of 31 in one stat: Defense for Bulbasaur, Speed for Charmander, and HP for Squirtle. These Pokémon can be Shiny if the eggs are traded to another game, which bypasses the Shiny check.

These Pokémon were distributed via infrared to players who participated in the Pokémon Adventure Camp (Japanese: ポケモンアドベンチャーキャンプ) event, which was located at the Nagashima Spa Land from July 21, 2012 to September 30, 2013. Each player was able to receive one Pokémon at random and each Pokémon knows an Egg Move.
These "Powerful Tag Pokémon" (Japanese: 強力タッグポケモン) were distributed in pairs and by time intervals during the dates two Pokémon were available. Each of the four has an IV of 31 in one stat: Defense for Ninetales, Special Attack for Chandelure, Attack for Lucario, and Speed for Whimsicott. All other IVs always random; they are not dependent on information like ID number.
This Pikachu was distributed from May 11 to 20, 2012 in conjunction with the 'Pika Pika Carnival' event held at Isetan Scotts, Singapore. The distribution was available in both English and Japanese.
This Piplup was distributed at the Nagashima Spa Land during the event known as Pokémon Searcher BW (Japanese: ポケモンサーチャーBW), which was located at the Pokémon Searcher BW Training Center. It was available from April 28 to May 6, 2012.
These Pokémon were distributed as part of JR Kyushu's Super Strong Pokémon Present Campaign (Japanese: 超強力ポケモン プレゼントキャンペーン). Interestingly, these Pokémon don't have the Shiny check in place, which means that they can be obtained Shiny.
Pokémon Center Fukuoka
Groudon and Kyogre were obtainable by showing employees at the Fukuoka Pokémon Center any of the Pokémon from the train distributions, except Pikachu.
These Pokémon were distributed in three distributions, and each distribution contained three different Pokémon. The first distribution included Blaziken, Sceptile, and Swampert. Ludicolo, Milotic, and Walrein were the Pokémon distributed for the second distribution. The final distribution included Gardevoir, Metagross, and Salamence.

These six Shiny Pokémon that are or will evolve into Dragon-type Pokémon were distributed as Eggs to commemorate 2012 being the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese zodiac. They were randomly distributed at Pokémon Centers across Japan during four separate time frames, allowing fans to download up to four Eggs per game. There was a possibility that more than one of the same Egg could be obtained during all four time frames.

This Scrafty was distributed at the 2011 World Championships. It was available to English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish language games. However, its language of origin is always English.
These Pikachu were distributed at various concerts throughout Japan to celebrate the tenth anniversary of "a-nation for Life". It was also distributed at various events that promoted the ending theme Can You Name All the Pokémon? BW. The OTs of the Pikachu come from, among other things, the various artists who performed in the events wherein Pikachu was made available.

These Pokémon are based on the Reshiram that appeared in Black—Victini and Reshiram and the Zekrom that appeared in White—Victini and Zekrom. These Pokémon were distributed at theaters in Japan via local wireless from July 16 to September 30, 2011 and a pre-release event on July 9, 2011. They were distributed to the game they are not normally obtainable in, with Reshiram being distributed to White and Zekrom being distributed to Black.
These Axew were given out in the Nagashima Spa Land during the event known as Pokémon Searcher BW (Japanese: ポケモンサーチャーBW), which was located at the Pokémon Searcher BW Training Center. Players of Pokémon White could obtain it from March 19 to April 3, 2011 while players of Pokémon Black could obtain it April 29 to May 8, 2011.
This Darkrai was distributed at various locations across Japan starting on December 27, 2010. The Darkrai obtained at All Nippon Airways will have the OT ANA, and could only be obtained until January 10, 2011. The Darkrai obtained at various stores in Japan will have 「ふゆやすみ」 as the OT, and could only be obtained until January 11, 2011.
This Audino was distributed to players from November 4, 2010 to November 3, 2011 if they visited a Pokémon Center store either a week before or after their birthday.
