Effect

Tickle reduces the target's Attack and Defense stats by one stage each.

In Generation III only, Tickle is not blocked by Substitute.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Tickle, the user's Defense stat rises by one stage.

Pokémon Rumble Rush

In Pokémon Rumble Rush, all status moves including Tickle could only be used by opposing Pokémon and could not be obtained on any caught Pokémon. Tickle could be seen as a move used by Boss Mime Jr., Minccino, Gothita.
