Perrin (Japanese: サザレ Sazare) is a character introduced in The Teal Mask in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. She is a traveler and photographer who is visiting Kitakami to seek and take a picture of a certain Pokémon.[3] She is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Photographer.
She is a descendant of Adaman[1], with whom she shares a striking resemblance.
In the core series games
Perrin can be found in Mossui Town along with her Hisuian Growlithe. She has a quest that involves hunting a special Ursaluna in the Timeless Woods. In order to accept this quest, the player must register 150 Pokémon in their Kitakami Pokédex.

Travels with
Perrin is always accompanied with her Hisuian Growlithe, although she does not battle with it. She also brings along the Growlithe's younger brother that she gives to the player at the end of her quest (see below section).
