Biology
Lickilicky is a dark pink, rotund Pokémon with a small tail and a long tongue. It has a yellow line pattern on its belly and a white bib-like pattern. It also has what appears to be a curled appendage on its head.
It has a big appetite. It can lick anything or anyone close by for any leftover crumbs. Its saliva contains a numbing solvent and can decompose anything, and it wraps its long tongue around things, like its prey, to coat them with its sticky saliva. It has space in its throat to store saliva, and it can also roll up its tongue and store it there. Lickilicky lives in forests with a large body of water. It uses its tongue with more skill than it would its hands and feet, and a current record of its stretch length exceeds 82 feet. Its tongue can also function with the same dexterity as a human hand. However, Lickilicky is rather clumsy with its own fingers.
Evolution
Lickilicky evolves from Lickitung.

Major appearances
Lickilicky debuted in The Rise of Darkrai, under the ownership of Baron Alberto. It was his main battling Pokémon, but it was incapacitated for a portion of the movie due to Darkrai's Dark Void. During that time, Alberto briefly turned into a Lickilicky, earning him the temporary pun moniker "Baron Lickilicky".
Lickilicky made its main series debut in If the Scarf Fits, Wear It!, where it evolved from a Lickitung that was left in the Day Care that Angie's parents owned.
In Working on a Right Move!, Conway used a Lickilicky during his battle with Ash at the Lily of the Valley Conference. It almost defeated Gible after confusing it with Lick. However, Ash switched Gible out for Noctowl, which then defeated Lickilicky with Extrasensory.
Minor appearances
A Lickilicky appeared in Classroom Training!, under the ownership of the Snowpoint Trainers' School.
In Playing the Performance Encore!, a Coordinator's Lickilicky competed in the Battle Stage of the Daybreak Contest along with a Weavile.
In Last Call — First Round!, a Coordinator's Lickilicky competed in a Double Performance during the Sinnoh Grand Festival alongside a Rattata.
In An Old Family Blend!, a Trainer's Lickilicky competed in the Lily of the Valley Conference.
In The Future is Now, Thanks to Strategy!, a Trainer's Lickilicky was used to battle Clemont at the Lumiose Gym, only to be defeated by Luxray.

In the mangaIn the TCGTrivia
Origin
Like its pre-evolved form, Lickilicky may draw inspiration from lungless salamanders, some of which have projectile tongues and may secrete a sticky, irritating substance. It could also be based on lizards with long extending or projectile tongues like chameleons, as well as the Akaname. Considering the white bib-like pattern on its torso as well as its voracious appetite, Lickilicky may be based on an exaggerated concept of a bloated gourmand, perhaps dressed in macaroni-style or dandy-style fashion.
Name origin
Lickilicky may be derived from a repetition of lick or licky.
Berobelt may be a combination of べろ bero (colloquial term for tongue), ベロベロ berobero (onomatopoeia for licking), and べろっと berotto (licking or sticking out one's tongue).
