Super Fang (Japanese: いかりのまえば Fangs of Wrath) is a damage-dealing Normal move introduced in Generation I. Prior to Generation IV, it was one of the signature moves of Rattata and Raticate. It is TM183 in Generation IX.

Effect
Effect
Super Fang does damage equal to 50% of the target's current HP. Although Super Fang does normal damage, its type does not alter the amount of damage it inflicts. Super Fang will do 1 damage if the target's current HP is equal to 1.
Super Fang deals damage equal to 50% of the target's current HP, rounded down. It always deals at least 1 HP of damage.

In Generation I, Super Fang hits Ghost-type Pokémon, even though the type has immunity to Normal-type moves.
Generation I
Super Fang is unaffected by type immunities.

Generation II
Super Fang no longer hits Ghost-type Pokémon.

Super Fang is affected by King's Rock.

Generation III onwards
Super Fang can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 2 bonus appeal points if Scary Face was used in the previous turn.

Super Fang is no longer affected by King's Rock.

Super Fang targets an enemy in front and halves their HP. Unlike in main series, it is unable to KO target that is at 1 HP, and will instead fail to work. This move is affected by the Status condition (Mystery Dungeon) status condition.

Super Fang (Japanese: いかりのまえば Fangs of Wrath) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. Prior to Generation IV, it was one of the signature moves of Rattata and Raticate. It is TM183 in Generation IX.

Effect

Super Fang deals damage equal to 50% of the target's current HP, rounded down. It always deals at least 1 HP of damage.
