Razor Fang
The Razor Fang (Japanese: するどいキバ Razor Fang) is a type of held item introduced in Generation IV. It allows Gligar to evolve into Gliscor, and also allows the holder's moves to cause Pokémon to flinch.

Effect
Grants moves a chance of causing the target Pokémon to flinch when using one of several moves. This chance is affected by Serene Grace and the rainbow created by Fire Pledge and Water Pledge. Each strike of a multi-strike move has an independent chance of causing the target to flinch.

Grants moves listed below a 10% chance of causing their targets to flinch.
Generation V onward
Instead of affecting moves that have a particular flag, Razor Fang now applies to any damaging move that doesn't already have a chance to flinch.
Outside battles
Causes Gligar to evolve into Gliscor when leveled up at night while holding it. This consumes the Razor Fang.

The Razor Fang appears in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, and Explorers of Sky.

If the player offers both a Lunar Ribbon and Razor Fang at Luminous Spring, Gligar can be evolved into Gliscor. This consumes the Lunar Ribbon and Razor Fang.
If thrown, it will deal 1 damage (2 if sticky). Using this item in a dungeon will consume it, with no effect.

In the anime
In Fighting Fear with Fear!, Ash received a Razor Fang from Gary. Later in the episode, he used it to evolve his Gligar into a Gliscor.
