Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer
Misty appeared in the Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer, where she teamed up with Cheren and Korrina to battle Pokémon Champions Cynthia, Steven Stone, and Lance at a stadium in Pasio. When Cheren's Stoutland and Korrina's Lucario were incapacitated in part due to Cynthia's Garchomp's Dragon Claw, Misty ordered her Starmie to protect them with Light Screen, which succeeded.

Trivia
- In her Sync Pair Story, Misty reveals that the Starmie she uses in Pokémon Masters EX is not her usual Starmie which she uses at her Gym in the core series games, but another one she hatched from an Egg when she left her original Starmie at the Pokémon Day Care.
