Origin
Ball Guy's design is based on their appearance in Pokémon Sword and Shield. Ball Guy is not known to own any Pokémon outside this game, but Amoonguss, Voltorb, and Hisuian Electrode all resemble Poké Balls, which Ball Guy is an enthusiast of. Amoonguss's Dex entry comes from Pokémon White, Voltorb's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby, and Hisuian Electrode's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
