- In her sync pair story, Katherine says that the goal of her fashion design is to draw people's attention through their eyes and their nose.
Origin
Katherine's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon X and Y, which, in turn, is based on one of the four possible appearances of the Furisode Girl Trainer class from the aforementioned games. Katherine uses a Slurpuff during the battle against her at the Laverre Gym. Slurpuff's Dex entry comes from Pokémon X.
