Klara (Japanese: クララ Kurara) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Galarian Slowbro, which is capable of Dynamaxing. This pair was first made available through a Poké Fair sync pair scout beginning on July 12, 2024. This pair can be raised to
6★ EX since it first released.

- Klara and Avery are the only Trainers based off rivals not playable in the core series to lack the "Rival" theme skill.
- Klara is the first Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX to have been introduced in a DLC expansion to a core series game.
- All versions of Klara use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Gloria, Victor, Marnie, and Avery.
Origin
Klara's design is based on her appearance in The Isle of Armor expansion in Pokémon Sword. Galarian Slowbro is Klara's signature Pokémon in the core series games, where it is also capable of Dynamaxing. Slowbro's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Sword.
