Origin

Arven's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Scarlet. Mabosstiff is Arven's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Mabosstiff's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Violet.

Arven uses a Nacli when helping the player battle Bombirdier, the Open Sky Titan, in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Nacli's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Scarlet.

Arven uses a Scovillain when helping the player battle the Quaking Earth Titan, as well as using it to battle the player beginning with his second battle against the player. Scovillain's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Scarlet.
