Speed Swap (Japanese: スピードスワップ Speed Swap) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation VII. It was TM62 in Pokémon Sword and Shield. In Generation IX, it is the signature move of Rabsca.

Effect

Speed Swap exchanges the Speed stats of the user and the target. This move does not swap in-battle speed modifiers, such as Abilities and stat stages.

Speed Swap bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.

If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Speed Swap, the user's Speed stat is raised by one stage.

Generation VIII

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Speed Swap cannot be selected in a battle.
