Description Mallow is a captain on Akala Island in Alola and works at a restaurant where she hones her skills as a chef. Her cooking is unique but popular among some.

Mallow (Japanese: マオ Mao) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Tsareena. She was first introduced in the story event Rosa's Party. The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout, starting from January 21, 2021.
