Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Bloom Doom if it knows a damaging Grass-type move, holds a Grassium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-RingSM or Z-Power RingUSUM.

  Rowlet strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power. It then becomes surrounded by a light green aura, causing the battlefield to be covered in flowers. The energy surrounding Rowlet then rapidly expands, creating a giant explosion.
