Subzero Slammer (Japanese: レイジングジオフリーズ Raging Geo-Freeze) is a damage-dealing Ice-type Z-Move introduced in Generation VII.

Effect

Generation VII

Subzero Slammer inflicts damage. Its power and whether it is a special or physical move depends on the move it is based on.

If Breakneck Blitz is used during hail with Weather Ball as its base move, it will turn into Subzero Slammer. This does not occur if Weather Ball is turned into a Z-Move via another move like Sleep Talk.

Base move Power Cat.

Pokémon Method
User First Used In Notes
Alolan Vulpix strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power. It then creates a platform of ice that rises from beneath its feet. Alolan Vulpix then fires a large blue and white beam of cold energy from its mouth, covering the opponent and the battlefield in ice. The ice around the opponent grows outward before bursting apart.
