Given away

At the end of Chase the Northern Wind, Eusine gives Silver a mysterious Egg that he found while exploring Johto. During the Neo Champions event Honing One's Love, it is revealed that this Egg hatched into a Shiny Larvitar, which Silver raised into a Tyranitar.

Trivia

  • Eusine is the first Trainer to form a sync pair with a Shiny Pokémon as his default sync pair.
  • All versions of Eusine use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Kris and Morty.

Origin

Eusine's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Suicune is a Pokémon that Eusine has dedicated his life to chasing, though Eusine is never seen owning Suicune outside this game. Suicune's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
