Kiloude City (Japanese: キナンシティ Kinan City) is a city located in the southern part of the Kalos region and is only accessible after the TMV Pass is obtained from Professor Sycamore in Lumiose Station after entering the Hall of Fame.
After participating in a battle in the Battle Maison, Calem/Serena will battle the player daily in the north of the city.
It can frequently be found raining here.

Trivia
- Kiloude City is the only city in Kalos without a Gym.
- A woman in the house east of the Pokémon Center mentions she is preparing a Cinnabarian hamburger steak, which is also mentioned to be the player's mother's specialty in the Johto-based games.
- A Team Flare Grunt can be found in a house near the northwestern corner of the city, living with a Punk Girl. He will tell the player of what happened to Team Flare after their defeat.
- Kiloude City is the only city or town in Kalos that has not been featured in the anime.
- Kiloude City is one of only three cities or towns in the core series games that are not connected to a route. The other two are Four Island in the Sevii Islands and Anville Town in Unova.
