Titan Pokémon
After defeating each Titan Pokémon in the Path of Legends storyline, they, aside from Dondozo, will reappear as regular, interactable Pokémon. While not as big as they once were, these Pokémon are as large as their species can normally be, have 30 IVs in each stat, and have the special Titan Mark.

Koraidon and Miraidon
The KoraidonS/MiraidonV the player encounters on the route to Naranja AcademyS/Uva AcademyV acts as the player's primary method of travel throughout the game, being unavailable to use in battle until the encounter with the second member of its species wielded by the Paradise Protection Protocol. After the encounter, KoraidonS/MiraidonV will become available add to the party proper and use in battle by swapping it between its traversal and battle forms, but it cannot be placed in a Box, traded, or released. Its Nature is always Quirky; its IVs are set to 28 for Defense and Special Defense and 31 for all other stats. The second KoraidonS/MiraidonV can be found behind the Zero Lab after beating the game and can be placed in a Box, traded, or released like other Pokémon. Its Nature is always AdamantS/ModestV and its IVs are set to 25 for HP, Defense, and Special Defense and 31 for Attack, Special Attack, and Speed.[1]

Treasures of ruin
Each of the Legendary Pokémon known as the treasures of ruin can be found in locked Shrines throughout Paldea, which are opened by collecting eight stakes found in the same province as the respective shrines. If the Pokémon is defeated or the player has no remaining Pokémon, the Pokémon will retreat into the Shrine, which will be accessible again after a period of time. Once a treasure of ruin has been caught, the Shrine will remain in its broken state and cannot be accessed again.

Munchlax
After completing Ogre Oustin' on Hard difficulty for the first time, the player will be given a special Munchlax from the receptionist. This Munchlax is always Shiny, comes with a Crafty Mark and has a size value of 255. The player will not receive this Munchlax if they complete the Hard level of Ogre Oustin' online without having unlocked it first.

Bloodmoon Ursaluna
After taking photos of 10 different Pokémon species for Perrin in the Timeless Woods, a Bloodmoon Ursaluna will appear and be fought in a battle akin to the Titan Pokémon. Once Ursaluna's health is depleted, the player is able to catch him, being able to use any Poké Ball with a guaranteed catch rate. In the similar manner to Legendary Pokémon, this is the only way to obtain Bloodmoon Ursaluna, as he cannot be evolved from Ursaring, or changed form from regular Ursaluna. This Ursaluna is always male.

Ogerpon
Once the player has defeated the Loyal Three, returned to the Dreaded Den, and battled Kieran for the final time, they will battle Ogerpon. She uses each of her four masks in four consecutive Titan-style boss battles, using the Hearthflame, Wellspring, Cornerstone and Teal Masks respectively. Once she is defeated in her Teal Mask form, she can be caught, with the player able to use any Poké Ball with a guaranteed catch rate. The player will also receive Ogerpon's masks after catching her. Ogerpon's Nature is always Lonely.
