Psychic Noise (Japanese: サイコノイズ Psycho Noise) is a damage-dealing Psychic-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is TM228 in Generation IX.

Effect

Psychic Noise deals damage and prevents the target from recovering HP for two turns.

SV The user attacks the target with unpleasant sound waves. For two turns, the target is prevented from recovering HP through moves, Abilities, or held items.
