In the Generation V games, the Rawst Berry can be sold to the gourmet maniac on Route 5 for $20.
Effect
Held item
If the holder is burned, it will consume its held Rawst Berry and cure it of its burn. When forcibly consumed via Fling, Pluck, Bug Bite, or Item Urge, it also cures the consumer of its burn.
Bag item
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it cures that Pokémon of its burn. This consumes the Rawst Berry.
In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, it can be used to cure a burned Pokémon, or thrown near wild Pokémon to draw their attention.
