Iron Defense (Japanese: てっぺき Iron Wall) is a non-damaging Steel-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Iron Defense raises the user's Defense stat by two stages.

If powered up by a Steelium Z into Z-Iron Defense, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
