North Province (Area Three) (Japanese: 北３番エリア North - Area Three) is a mostly grassy region in the North Province of the Paldea region. It is surrounded to the east, west, and south by Glaseado Mountain. The northern side of the region borders the North Paldean Sea. Ruchbah Squad's Base, the headquarters of Team Star's Fairy Squad, is located within the region.

Ruchbah Squad's Base

Ruchbah Squad's Base, the base of operations of Team Star's Fairy Squad led by Ortega, is located at the northern edge of the area. It encompasses the North Province (Area Three) Lighthouse at its northernmost border.

North Province (Area Three) Pokémon Center

A Pokémon Center is located at the southern edge of the area overlooking the Ruchbah Squad's Base, near the river that flows from Glaseado Mountain. A Pokémon League representative here asks the player to defeat four Pokémon Trainers in North Province (Area Three) for a TM.

Scarlet & Violet arc

North Province (Area One) appeared in the Scarlet & Violet arc, where a group of Team Star Grunts planning a coup against their own team traversed through the area, preparing to put their plans into motion. Impeded by that cold weather and wild Pokémon, they ultimately decided to call a Flying Taxi. While waiting for the taxi to arrive, they spotted a girl who they thought was Penny, unaware that she was actually a disguised Scarlet. Knowing that Penny knew about their plan, they made sure she was alone before proceeding to kidnap her and take her with them to Caph Squad's Base. Nemona witnessed the kidnapped "Penny" being taken away and tried to call Scarlet, only to have the Grunts throw Scarlet's Rotom Phone out of the Flying Taxi, after which it was found by Grusha.
