Drakloak is a Pokémon which resembles a lizard, with a wide, black-colored head with two vertical horns and two pinkish-red triangle-shaped stripes on either side. It has yellow eyes with pink eyelids, while the underside of its mouth is light blue. The rest of its body is also light blue, while its belly is yellow with a red, upside-down V-shaped mark. It has short, stubby arms and legs, and a long tail.
Drakloak is capable of flying at speeds greater than 120 mph (200 km/h). It carries a Dreepy on its head, which it takes care of and fights alongside with until the Dreepy manages to evolve. If it lacks a Dreepy to care for, it will become uneasy and desperately try to find any Pokémon to serve as a substitute to take care of. Drakloak attacks by firing energy blasts from its lungs. If it is defeated in battle, its Dreepy will wander off.
Drakloak debuted in The Winding Path to Greatness!. When the Dreepy on its head fell off, it used Goh's Grookey as a substitute. When Grookey started hitting with its stick, Drakloak became angry until Dreepy was returned to it.
Drakloak, the Caretaker Pokémon. A Dragon and Ghost type. Drakloak can fly faster than 120 miles per hour. It cares for and battles alongside a Dreepy. Drakloak cannot relax without Dreepy on its head, but other Pokémon can substitute it at times.
Drakloak and its evolutionary line are the only Pokémon that are in the Dragon and AmorphousEgg Groups, and the only Dragon-type Pokémon in the Amorphous Egg Group.
Requiring 50 levels to evolve from Dreepy and just 10 more to evolve into Dragapult, Drakloak has the lowest relative second-stage Evolution requirement, at 20%.
Drakloak may be a combination of dragon or drake and cloak. It may have also been derived from the Sanskrit word lok, which represents other planes of existence or realms of the afterlife in Indian religions.
Doronch may be a combination of dragon and launch.
