Like all other Gyms in Paldea, the Levincia Gym building itself is simply used for registering Gym challengers. The Gym Test and Gym battle are both conducted outside the building, within Levincia.

Gym Test

The Levincia Gym Test has the player star in Iono's livestream, alongside Director Clavell. The main event of the Gym Test is titled "Where in Levincia Is Mr. Walksabout?" by Iono, and requires the player to identify where Clavell is in various frameshots of Levincia. This event has three rounds; between each round, Iono sends out one of her fans to challenge the player to a battle.

The Levincia Gym appeared in Trending Terastallization! Dance, Dance, Quaxly!. After registering for her Tera Training battle against Iono at the Gym building, Dot made it to the battlefield in the central square of Levincia. Knowing that her Quaxly was at a type disadvantage against Iono's Bellibolt, Dot did her best to have Quaxly dodge its attacks. During the battle, one of Bellibolt's Electric attacks accidentally caused a blackout for the lights and cameras around the battlefield, cutting off Iono's livestream of the battle. Dot chose this moment to Terastallize Quaxly, throwing Iono off. However, even though Quaxly subsequently learned Liquidation, once the lights and the cameras turned back on, Iono regained control of the battle, Terastallizing her Bellibolt and winning the match. Despite this, she still declared that Dot had passed the test. After the battle, Liko, Roy, and Dot met up with Clavell at the Gym building.

Scarlet & Violet arc

The Levincia Gym appeared in PASV12, where it was the third Gym challenged by Scarlet. Due to Clavell being unavailable to fullfil the role of "Mr. Walksabout", the Gym Test was instead conducted with the help of several other Uva Academy faculty members. After completing the test, Scarlet was allowed to battle Iono. Although the battle was closer than Scarlet's previous Gym battles, she still managed to defeat Iono. After the battle, Scarlet told Nemona that she had accepted Iono's request to make the battle more close and fun for her viewers in exchange for food. Afterwards, Nemona also battled Iono.
