Brine (Japanese: しおみず Salt Water) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is TM55 in Generation IV.

Effect

Brine inflicts damage, and its power doubles to 130 when the target is at or below 50% health.

PMDTDS Inflicts damage on the target. It will inflict double damage if the target's HP is down to half or lower.
