This is a list of Pokémon obtainable from events found in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Most of these Pokémon can only be obtained once per game; however, some may also be obtained in other ways as well. All Pokémon listed, unless otherwise noted, are Shiny-locked.

Hisui starter Pokémon

These Pokémon are given to the player by Professor Laventon after being recruited into the Galaxy Team's Surver Corps by Captain Cyllene. The player has to pick either Rowlet, Oshawott or Cyndaquil. After finishing the main story, the player can talk to Laventon to obtain the two starters that they hadn't picked.

The starters will also appear as wild Pokémon in post-game space-time distortions.

Ponyta

The player has the opportunity to capture a guaranteed Shiny Ponyta during request 19 "A Peculiar Ponyta". The player will get to keep it after turning the request back in to Yota.

Chimchar

While completing request 20 "The Mysterious Will-o'-the-Wisp", the player will be tasked with catching a Chimchar. This Chimchar is not remarkable in any way and the player can catch more Chimchar along with its evolved forms within the game.

Vulpix

The player can obtain an Alolan Vulpix from Keaka by completing request 83 "Snow-White Vulpix in the Snow". The request takes place in Alabaster Icelands, with Keaka in Whiteout Valley.

Kricketune

During story mission 5 "A Request from Mai", the player is tasked with defeating an Alpha Kricketune that has been causing trouble in the area. The player may choose to capture this Kricketune if they desire to. This Kricketune is special in no way other than it's the only one to spawn in this exact location (though the met at location is not unique when checking where you met the Pokémon as there is a normal Alpha Kricketune spawn close to where this one spawns).

While completing mission 15 "The Trial of Lake Verity", the player is tasked with defeating an Alpha Hisuian Goodra. The player may choose to catch this Goodra. This Alpha Hisuian Goodra is only unique for its spawn (and met at) location.

Overqwil

During story mission 16 "The Trial of Lake Valor", the player defeats an Alpha Overqwil. The player may choose to catch this Overqwil instead of making it faint. This is the only Overqwil that is catchable in the game, though the player can evolve a Hisuian Qwilfish if they missed this one.

Zoroark

During story mission 17 "The Trial of Lake Acuity", the player can choose to capture a Hisuian Zoroark or choose to defeat it. This is the only guaranteed Alpha Zoroark spawn in the game, though the player can still evolve an Alpha Hisuian Zorua to get one, or get a lucky spawn.

Collectible Pokémon

These Pokémon are gotten through collectibles in one way or another (collecting all of an item or being the thing being collected themselves).

Spiritomb

Spiritomb can be obtained by completing request 22 "Eerie Apparitions in the Night". The request tasks the player with collecting 107 wisps spanning all main areas of the game, (Jubilife Village, Obsidian Fieldlands, Crimson Mirelands, Cobalt Coastlands, Coronet Highlands, and Alabaster Icelands) and bringing them all back to Vessa. After the request has been completed, there is a small chance for Spiritomb to spawn in the same place as the one in the request. The Spiritomb from the request is Shiny and Alpha-locked, but subsequent Spiritomb are not.

Unown

The Hisui region initially only allows the player to get one of each form of Unown. These are treated as collectibles themselves and are scattered throughout each main area (Jubilife Village, Obsidian Fieldlands, Crimson Mirelands, Cobalt Coastlands, Coronet Highlands, and Alabaster Icelands). There are 28 forms in total to collect. After capturing all 28 forms, Unown will begin to naturally spawn inside of the Solaceon Ruins, where they can spawn alpha or Shiny. No additional reward is received for capturing all 28 forms of Unown.

Mythical and Legendary Pokémon

The player can obtain many Legendary and Mythical Pokémon in the Hisui region. All of these are required to be gotten as part of the post-game's main story unless otherwise stated.

Manaphy

Manaphy, alongside three Phione, is obtainable in a normal playthrough via request 66 "The Sea's Legend".

Phione

Up to three Phione are obtainable alongside Manaphy in request 66 "The Sea's Legend". After the request has been completed, there is a small chance for Phione to spawn in the same place as the ones in the request. The Phione that spawn after the request are still Shiny and Alpha-locked.

Dialga

Dialga is obtained towards the end of the main story. Depending on whether the player chooses to get help from the Diamond Clan or Pearl Clan, the player will face Dialga first or second. Dialga will be caught in the Origin Ball and in its Origin Form if it is caught second, but can be changed freely after the completion of request 89 "The Diamond Clan's Treasure".

Palkia

Giratina

Giratina becomes available towards the end of the post-game story. After beating Giratina in battle, it will flee to Turnback Cave and the player will get request 91 "On the Trail of Giratina". The player will complete this request once they have captured Giratina. Giratina will be encountered in Origin Forme, but can be changed to Altered Forme after being captured.

Arceus

Arceus becomes available at the end of the post-game story. The player must complete the Pokédex by capturing at least one of each and every Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus excluding Darkrai, Shaymin, Manaphy, Phione and Arceus itself. Arceus becomes catchable at the end of mission 28 "The Deified Pokémon". Rematching Arceus after catching him will reward the player with items.

If the Nintendo Switch system being used has save data from previous mainline Pokémon games, the player may accept requests from the request board within Jubilife Village's Galaxy Hall, after completing the main story, to retrieve these Mythical Pokémon. If the player has save data from Pokémon Sword and Shield then the player may retrieve the Mythical Pokémon Shaymin. If the player has save data from Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl then the player may retrieve the Mythical Pokémon Darkrai. The requests are request 92 "A Token of Gratitude", and request 93 "The Darksome Nightmare" for Shaymin and Darkrai, respectively.

Shaymin

Shaymin will be in Land Form, but can be changed to Sky Form after being captured.
