Biology
Physiology
Dwebble resemble an orange hermit crab, with large pincers and dark, oval-shaped eyes supported by eye stalks. It has a hook-like tail that is concealed underneath the sectioned chunk of gray rock it uses as a shell. This tail is possibly used to keep the rock in place or to carve itself a new home should its old rock get lost.
Gender differences
None.
Special abilities
Dwebble is able to expel a corrosive spray from its mouth that helps dissolve, as well as mend rocks. It uses this ability to carve out a shell for itself or to repair fractures in the shell.
Behavior
Dwebble first inspect a rock to see if it could be used as a suitable shell, then dig a hole in the rock's bottom, to use as a protective shell. Dwebble can make rock easier to carve by producing a liquid from their mouth. When done, they appear to use their hook-like tails to grapple onto it.
If the rock where it lives breaks, it won't calm down until it can find another rock to replace it.
Habitat
Dwebble live in the desert.
