A Chef (Japanese: りょうりにん Chef) is a type of Pokémon Trainer introduced in Generation VI. They are depicted as men wearing aprons who are hired to cook food. They tend to use the Elemental monkeys in battle.
In the Battle Maison, a Chef's team would either specialize in a combination of Grass-type, Water-type, and Fire-type Pokémon or a combination of Water-type and Ice-type Pokémon.
