Iron Hands (Japanese : テツノカイナ Tetsunokaina ) is a dual-type Fighting /Electric Paradox Pokémon introduced in Generation IX .
It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, but it appears to be a futuristic relative of Hariyama .

Iron Hands' fist can move on their own and capable of throwing large, fast-moving vehicles with no issues. According to Occulture Iron Hands was once a mortally wounded athlete that was reborn as a cyborg; however, it's still a mystery to why it resembles Hariyama .
