Pokémon world locations

Meteor Falls (Japanese: りゅうせいのたき Meteor Falls) is a location in Hoenn. It is a large cave west of Fallarbor Town with a waterfall inside.

In the games, Team MagmaREOR or Team AquaSAS steal a Meteorite from Professor Cozmo at Meteor Falls. Afterwards, they will go to Mt. Chimney, while Professor Cozmo returns to Fallarbor Town. In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Brendan/May accompanies the player to rescue the professor, and helps in a Multi Battle against one of the villainous team's admins.

In Pokémon Emerald, Steven Stone appears here deep inside a new area after the player enters the Hall of Fame; his Pokémon are considerably stronger than Champion Wallace's.

In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Meteor Falls is one of the ancestral homes of the Draconid people. During the Delta Episode, the player and Steven encounter Zinnia's grandmother, who will tell the two Champions about Zinnia's desire to summon Rayquaza, who the Draconid people worship. After completing the Delta Episode, Zinnia's grandmother can be found in the middle of the first floor. When talked to, she will thank the player, and give him or her Zinnia's Salamencite on her granddaughter's behalf. Afterwards, she can re-teach Dragon Ascent to the player's Rayquaza, or any other Rayquaza in his or her possession.
