GOTCHA!
In the Pokémon Adventures manga, she is one of the Hoenn Elite Four who struggled to reawaken Registeel, Regirock and Regice, so that Groudon and Kyogre's destruction wouldn't bring about the end of Hoenn. She traveled to the Island Cave to try and free Regice, but was unsuccessful even with her powers until Steven succeeded in decoding the Braille message needed for the Regis' resurrection. With Phoebe, she was put in charge of Regice and labored days on end to stop the calamity in Sootopolis City before Steven died from the strain of controlling the Regis and taking command of the 6-men group. This causes the numerous Beldum he had fill the remaining slots with Sapphire's Relicanth and Wailord, and the golems themselves fled.
Glacia briefly appeared in GOTCHA!.

History
Ruby & Sapphire
Glacia and the other Elite Four members are called by Steven to help protect the Hoenn region from the battle between Super-ancient Pokémon (Adventures) and Super-ancient Pokémon (Adventures). Glacia was initially stationed at Island Cave as part of the plan to unseal Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. When the legendary giants are unsealed, Glacia is tasked with controlling Regice alongside Phoebe. The Elite Four, Steven, and Wallace all control the three Pokémon in three pairs of two and use their power to keep the power released from Groudon and Kyogre's battle from spreading throughout Hoenn. They manage to keep the power contained for several weeks, but the strain is too much for Steven and he eventually dies, causing the three Pokémon to lash out and flee. Glacia later mourns Steven's death before his revival at the hands of Ruby's Celebi.

Pokémon
Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
Glacia, along with various people from around Hoenn, is called to Sootopolis City to assist in stopping Grand Meteor Delta, a giant meteoroid threatening to destroy the planet. When the plan to attack Grand Meteor Delta starts, Glacia and the others have their Pokémon attack the meteoroid at the same time. This, combined with the might of Mega Super-ancient Pokémon (Adventures), successfully shatters Grand Meteor Delta into pieces.

Glacia (Japanese: プリム Purim) is an Ice-type Trainer and member of the Hoenn Elite Four.

In the core series games

Glacia challenging the player

Glacia is the third member of the Hoenn Elite Four to be faced at the Pokémon League. She dislikes the fact that most of the Trainers she has met in Hoenn are not skilled enough to live up to her expectations.[4] Glacia had trained in an unspecified region before journeying to Hoenn to become part of the Elite Four.[5] She has a team consisting of five very powerful Ice-type Pokémon, to which she refers as having "flaming passion in icy cold".[citation needed]

History

Ruby & Sapphire arc

Glacia and the other Elite Four members are called by Steven to help protect the Hoenn region from the battle between Groudon and Kyogre.

Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc

Glacia, along with various people from around Hoenn, is called to Sootopolis City to assist in stopping Grand Meteor Delta, a giant meteoroid threatening to destroy the planet. When the plan to attack Grand Meteor Delta starts, Glacia and the others have their Pokémon attack the meteoroid at the same time. This, combined with the might of Mega Rayquaza, successfully shatters Grand Meteor Delta into pieces.
