Hilda's Battle Prep (Japanese: 決戦に向けて　トウコ編 Towards the Decisive Battle: Touko Edition) was a costume event in Pokémon Masters EX, and a sub-story of the costume event Poké War Games. It was focused on the sync pair Hilda (Special Costume) & Diancie.

The "Hilda Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Hilda (Special Costume) & Diancie starting on November 4, 2021 and lasting until the end of the event.

During this event, players had to use a Story Key, which could be obtained by completing a story area in Poké War Games, to unlock the event's area info. Once unlocked, players could earn Event Vouchers X from battles that could be redeemed in the shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra vouchers and Story Keys were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

Players could battle with Diantha (Special Costume) & Keldeo, Hilda (Special Costume) & Diancie, Guzma (Special Costume) & Buzzwole, or Jasmine (Special Costume) & Celesteela to obtain +0.6× bonus vouchers; Fantina & Mismagius or Glacia & Glalie to obtain +0.4× bonus vouchers; and Wikstrom & Aegislash, Siebold & Clawitzer, Lt. Surge & Voltorb/Electrode, or Korrina & Lucario to obtain +0.2× bonus vouchers.

During the second run of Poké War Games, this event's story and battles were combined with the other sub-stories into Battle Prep.
