Chef's Heartful Delivery (Japanese: 届け料理人の心意気！) was a story event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Mallow and Appletun and Elesa and Togetic.

The "Mallow Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Mallow (Palentine's 2023) and Appletun for the duration of the event, and the "Elesa Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Elesa (Palentine's 2023) and Togetic starting February 2, 2023 and lasting until the end of the event.

During this event, players could earn Sweet Tickets A and Sweet Tickets A+ from battles that could be redeemed in the Shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra tickets were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

The player could battle using Mallow (Palentine's 2023) and Appletun or Elesa (Palentine's 2023) and Togetic to obtain +0.6× bonus tickets; Serena (Palentine's 2021) and Whimsicott, Dawn (Palentine's 2021) and Alcremie, Marnie (Palentine's 2022) and Mawile, Bea (Palentine's 2022) and Vanilluxe, or Victor and Rillaboom to obtain +0.4× bonus tickets; and Skyla and Swanna or any unlisted Alola sync pairs to earn +0.2× bonus tickets.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning medals and other rewards.

In addition, players could earn a medal for completing the first five story areas in the event.

Earning 2,000 Sweet Tickets A would unlock the story areas Tastier Together and From a Huge Fan. Completing each of these areas allowed the player to view a special piece of artwork featuring Mallow and Elesa, respectively.
