Tapu Bulu (Japanese: カプ・ブルル Kapu-Bulul) is a dual-type Grass/Fairy Pokémon.
It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.
It is the guardian deity of Ula'ula Island.
Biology
Tapu Bulu has a red shell with unique markings that roughly resemble a flower or plant. When closed, it resembles a bull. Tapu Bulu has two horns made of wood that it can grow and shape to benefit it. Its arms each have a hoof and its tail has a gold-colored bell-shaped attachment.
Tapu Bulu is the guardian of Ula'ula Island.
