Digging Pa

Digging Pa is the father of the Digging Duo. He can dig up a large amount of Watts in exchange for seven Armorite Ores. Like with the Digging Duo, the game is automatically saved before each digging session. Occasionally after finishing a streak, Digging Pa will rapidly dig up a large number of Watts for no extra cost.

Berry tree

Shaking a Berry tree can yield Berries, but a Pokémon may be shaken loose instead and steal some of the Berries after a battle.

One of the Berry trees in Training Lowlands only gives out one of the friendship-raising Berries, like every Berry tree on the Isle of Armor only accessible with the Rotom Bike's Water Mode does.

Pokémon Dens

Main article: Training Lowlands/Dens

Regina's Pokémon

The player has the chance to encounter a Trainer named Regina here, who will ask for a random Pokémon native to Galar in exchange for its non-native regional form. These trades can be done multiple times, but each time it is done, Regina will relocate.

In Training Lowlands, Regina can be found before Challenge Road steps.
