Battle Court
The Battle Court (Japanese: バトルコートBattle Court) is a battle area located behind the Master Dojo. Located at a Power Spot, the Battle Court allows Trainers to Dynamax their Pokémon during battle.
The Cram-o-matic is one of Hyde's inventions. The player can insert four items into it and get a new one in exchange, following certain recipes. The player can use it at any time after giving Hyde 500 Watts.
After the player has cleared Mustard's second trial, they can talk to a Master Dojo Student in the kitchen in order to have him make them Max Soup (Japanese: ダイスープDai Soup) in exchange for three clusters of Max Mushrooms per serving. The soup can be fed to any Pokémon that has a Gigantamax form (except Melmetal), which either adds or removes the Gigantamax Factor, depending on whether they already have it or not.
For Urshifu, one comb of Max Honey is required in addition to the Max Mushrooms in order to feed it Max Soup.
Max Soup was seen in a flashback in PASS42, where Mustard was revealed to have given Henry, Casey, and Marvin each a bowlful of it as a parting gift when they left the Master Dojo, enabling their respective starter Pokémon to Gigantamax.
Upgrades
After completing Mustard's trials, the player can donate Watts to Honey in order to receive various gifts or upgrades to the dojo in return.
Restricted Sparring is a form of battle challenge unlocked after defeating Mustard with his strongest team. In it, the player aims for streaks of five or more won battles using a team of Pokémon consisting of a single type.
A colored background means that the Pokémon can be found in this location in the specified game. A white background with a colored letter means that the Pokémon cannot be found here.
The rival can be rematched once per day after completing The Isle of Armor storyline and obtaining their rare League Card at Potbottom Desert. After completing the Galarian Star Tournament, the rival's team will be stronger.
The Master Dojo first appeared in PASS31, where Klara and Avery were revealed to be students there. After finding an unconscious and poisoned Henry at the Soothing Wetlands during their training, they brought him to the dojo, where Hyde used the Cram-o-matic to create an antidote for him. Shortly afterwards, Casey and Marvin reunited with Henry at the dojo. Even though they weren't official apprentices of the dojo, Mustard offered to let Casey train his Kubfu. However, since Casey already had a full team of six Pokémon on hand, she refused, so Mustard entrusted Kubfu with Henry instead.
Henry, Casey, and Marvin stayed at the dojo as they conducted their search for that Rusted Sword and Shield across the Isle of Armor, with Henry also training Kubfu on the side.
