Pokémon world locations

The Workout Sea (Japanese: ワークアウトの海 Workout Sea) is a part of the Isle of Armor in the Galar region. It connects to the Stepping-Stone Sea to its west, the Fields of Honor to its north, and Brawlers' Cave to its northeast.

Geography

Lady Clear

There is an NPC located on a small island in the eastern half of Workout Sea. She is able to reset all EVs of a single Pokemon, in exchange for 10 Armorite Ores. She is referred to as Lady Clear on the map.

Every item that regenerates every day can also rarely regenerate as a Wishing Piece (at approximately a 1% chance).

As with every Berry tree on the Isle of Armor only accessible with the Rotom Bike's Water Mode, the Berry trees in Workout Sea only give out one of the friendship-raising Berries.

Regina's Pokémon

The player has the chance to encounter a Trainer named Regina here, who will ask for a random Pokémon native to Galar in exchange for its non-native regional form. These trades can be done multiple times, but each time it is done, Regina will relocate.
