Pokémon

Banette. Banette releases blue flames and shoots it on its foe.

• Used by Harley's Banette from Deceit and Assist! to present.

Dusclops. Dusclops releases blue flames.

• Used by a Dusclops in Getting the Pre-Contest Titters.

Giratina. Giratina releases a blue flame from its mouth.

• Used by Giratina in Giratina and the Sky Warrior.

Dusknoir. Dusknoir releases blue fireballs from its hands.

• Used by Dusknoir in Ghoul Daze!.

Drifloon and Drifblim. Its eyes glow blue and then it surrounds itself in blue flames in a circular formation. The flames are then fired at the opponent.

Trivia

• Will-O-Wisp is the only Status move move that inflicts burn.
• Ralts can learn it by breeding, but interestingly not by TM.
• In Diamond and Pearl, the animation shows the flames being purple, although the description says they are bluish white.
