Ascorbia Island (Japanese: ウンシュウ島 Unshū Island) is a large island in the northeastern part of the Orange Archipelago. It is home to many towns and big port cities.
It is home to Captain Aiden and his teams of firefighting Squirtle, Wartortle and Blastoise.
Trivia
- Its English name is derived from ascorbic acid, an antioxidant commonly found in citrus fruits. Its Japanese name literally refers to the Wenzhou region of China, from which the popular genus of citrus gets its name. It has no English equivalent.
