Route 6 (Japanese: 6番道路 Route 6) is a route in northwest Galar that connects Hammerlocke and Stow-on-Side.

The weather on this route is always intense sunlight.

Role

Located at the west side of Hammerlocke lies Route 6, a rather sandy, rocky route that leads to the town of Stow-on-Side. You’ll need to travel through here in order to reach the town of the fourth Gym Badge.

Route description

Route 6 is a caveside route with various levels requiring you to climb up ladders. It always has Intense Sunlight as its weather. Towards the end of the route are the famous Diglett Sculptures of the Galar Region.

The fossil revival Cara Liss can be found here near the Digglett Sculptures near the Pokémon Camp. She has a revival machine that can bring Fossil Pokémon that are found in Galar back to life. She explains to the player that the fossils in Galar are always found in halves. However, whichever top or bottom halves of a fossil the player finds, regardless to how they properly match, Cara Liss still revives the fossils into artificial hybrids.
