Teleport (Japanese: テレポート Teleport) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.

Effect

In Battle

Teleport can be used to run away from wild Pokémon battles. In Trainer battles, Teleport will always fail.

Outside of Battle

Teleport warps the player to the last Poké Center visited.

Gardevoir. Gardevoir disappears. Seconds later, it reappears somewhere else.

Alakazam. Alakazam disappears. Seconds later, it reappears somewhere else.

Abra. Abra disappears. Seconds later, it reappears somewhere else.

Bronzor. A purple aura appears around Bronzor. It shines, leaving most around it blind. It then disappears, reappearing somewhere else minutes later.
