This is a reverse-chronological list of event Pokémon distributions that were given away locally to all Japanese region Pokémon games in Generation VI.
This Diancie will be distributed in theaters via local wireless during the airing of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction from July 19 to September 30, 2014 and during a pre-release event on July 6, 2014.
These Pokémon will be distributed at Pokémon Center stores over six different distribution periods. A different Pokémon will be distributed during each distribution period, for a overall distribution period of May 10 to June 22, 2014.
A tournament called Pokémon Center Battle Championship will also be held where players can battle the Elite 4 of each Pokémon Center.
These Pokémon were distributed at Pokémon Center stores from February 1 to 28, 2014. The Pokémon that was distributed alternated every hour between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm; Gengar was distributed during even numbered hours and Scizor was distributed during odd numbered hours. Despite promotional materials stating only one Pokémon could be obtained per game, they were initially able to be obtained multiple times on the same game cartridge. However, this error was corrected a few days later.
These Pokémon were distributed to players who were selected by lottery via a trade for any Pokémon at Pokémon Center and select Toys "R" Us stores from December 21 to 26, 2013. After the trade, they evolved immediately into Gengar and Scizor, respectively. These Pokémon have two IVs of 31 for two random stats.
This Wobbuffet was distributed to players who redeemed either a Normal class or Super class Wobbuffet Tretta piece at either the Pokémon Card Game Battle Festa or the 39th Next Generation World Hobby Fair. It was also available at Pokémon Center stores. It was distributed as part of the "Sounansu Slipped Out, That's Right!" campaign.
This Inkay was distributed from November 22, 2013 to January 26, 2014 to celebrate the new Pokémon Center store in Japan, Pokémon Center Tokyo Bay. It was also distributed at all of the other Pokémon Center stores from December 26, 2013 to January 26, 2014. This distribution wasn't region locked, but the title and distribution text were always in Japanese.
These Pokémon were distributed to players in Japan if they visited a Pokémon Center store up to two weeks before or after their birthday, but only if they provided proof of their date of birth. The distribution started on October 12, 2013.
