Mystifying Forest (Japanese: しんぴのもり Mysterious Forest) is an unlockable dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It has 14 floors and can be unlocked by defeating Dialga at Temporal Tower to end story mode. The third and fifth floors are always covered in fog and there is a chance of finding a floor that weakens all but Normal-type moves (also known as a Cloudy weather condition). It is essential to complete this dungeon to pass the player's Guild graduation test. At the top the player and his/her partner encounter Wigglytuff posing as the Grand Master of all things Bad, with the other Guild members (with the exception of Bidoof) posing as his minions. After defeating them and Wigglytuff commending the player and his/her partner on defeating the group, he then claims to know nothing of the sort and his suspicious example is followed poorly (but successfully) by the other members. Clearing the dungeon will also give the player access to evolve Pokémon if they are under the correct conditions. The protagonist Pokémon and his or her partner will be unable to evolve, however, until the final boss of the main storyline is defeated.
Mystifying Forest also has two other bosses, Celebi and Darkrai, that will only appear after the player has talked to Manaphy about the Marine Resort and while the Mystery Part or Secret Slab is in the bag.

Traps encountered
In this dungeon, players will encounter some more new traps here. This includes the PP-Zero Trap, Grimy Trap, Mud Trap, Sticky Trap and Seal Trap, which makes it more difficult, especially losing all PP on a PP-Zero Trap, having a food item turn into Grimy Food on a Grimy Trap or even having an item become unusable with a Sticky Trap.
