In Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness only, Raikou can be found on B20F, but the player needs to have the Mystery Part or Secret Slab in the bag. There is a locked door on B29F with a possibility of a box containing either Rock Sash, Steel Sash, Ice Sash, or Ancient Ring. At the end of the dungeon, there are six Deluxe Boxes that sometimes contain a Sitrus Berry. The room also contains a Warp Tile leading out of the dungeon.
In Time and Darkness, every item outside of shops and Monster House is Poké on floor 29. In Explorers of Sky, Gone Pebble and Wander Gummi spawn there as well, but rarely.
The jobs are ranked E, ★2, ★3, ★4 or ★5 by default, depending on the floor.
Most floors are medium-sized with 3-8 rooms. Floor 1 instead has 3-7, floors 3, 6 and 8 have 3-12, floor 4 has 3-5 and floor 5 has 3-6 rooms. Floors 9 through 11 and 16 through 18 are large-sized instead, though the amount of possible rooms stays the same. First three floors have 1-4 items on the floor, later floors have 2-5 items. There are 4-7 items in the walls. There are 2-3 starting enemies on floors 1 through 3, 2-4 on floors 4 through 6, and 3-5 on later floors.
The IQ Booster activates on every even floor. The turn limit is 1000. Enemies on floors 1 through 19 have 150IQ, and 331 on later floors. There is light darkness and water in the dungeon.
The game will spawn 4 to 8 of these on each floor, and extra in a Monster House.

Trivia
Within the game's code is a single-floor location called Deep Concealed Ruins (Japanese: かくされたいせき おくそこConcealed Ruins Depths), implying the location was initially meant to be split in two parts. However, as this leads to a non-existent 31st floor of the Concealed Ruins dungeon group, trying to access this floor instead loads dummy data for a "0th floor" of the next dungeon floor group, Lost Wilderness, which contains a copy of the floor data used on B1F of the Test Dungeon.
Unlike the Test Dungeon, Deep Concealed Ruins disables the flag that allows for recruitment, supporting the hypothesis that it was intended as a boss floor.
