Crystal Cave (Japanese: すいしょうのどうくつ Crystal Cave) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It has 11 floors. It is unlocked the day after the player beats the boss in Quicksand Cave. After clearing the dungeon initially, it cannot be revisited until after the credits.
After the 11th floor, players must solve a puzzle to get to Crystal Crossing. To solve the puzzle, the player must turn all the crystals blue. After clearing the dungeon on subsequent visits, the player can choose to continue exploring in Crystal Crossing. If the player tries to enter the dungeon while Dusknoir has set a trap for Grovyle, the partner will tell the hero they should not enter as to not ruin the plan to capture Grovyle.

The jobs here are ranked E, S, A and ★1 by default, depending on the floor.
All floors are large with 4-10 rooms. The game will spawn 1-4 items on floors 1 through 5, and 2-5 on floors 6 through 11. There's usually 2-3 starting enemies on floors 1 through 6, and 2-4 on floors 7 through 11.
The IQ Booster activates on odd floors past the 1st one. The turn limit is 1000. The enemies in this dungeon have 26IQ, granting them Status Checker IQ skill. There is water on floors 6, 8, 10 and 11. There is light darkness in the dungeon.
Floors 6 through 11 use the alternate tileset, with pink walls instead of purple walls.
