Trivia
Some of the new Pokémon additions to Pokémon Sleep happen on certain dates that reflect their Pokédex entries, or their appearances in the core series games:
- Cleffa, Clefairy, and Clefable were added during a Good Sleep Day event, which happens every full moon; Clefairy and Clefable are often associated with the full moon, as indicated by their Pokédex entries.
- Drifloon and Drifblim were added on a Friday (October 11, 2024), reflecting how Drifloon can be found at Valley Windworks on Fridays in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
- Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist were added during a New Moon Day event, referencing Gourgeist's Pokédex entries stating it being active during a new moon.
